Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
A heavenly and simple pasta dish featuring buttery, garlicky shrimp tossed in a light Parmesan and white wine sauce with angel hair pasta.

- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. shrimp
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ c. dry white wine
- Juice of ½ lemon
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- ¾ c. grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
- 12 oz. cooked angel hair

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer the shrimp to a plate.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the white wine, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, and let cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened.

Add the cooked angel hair pasta and the reserved shrimp back into the skillet. Toss everything together until completely combined and coated in the sauce.
